This is a house for ants
Henri recently turned 30, and has become tradition, I baked him a novelty cake. This year's cake(s) was a series of models of the house, at various stages in the design process. Refer to this picture for the inspiration. My cake cutting skills were impressively dexterous, but my icing far less so – hence the un-iced photos making the cut.

For those readers with curious minds (which were assuming is all of you) the materials are: vertical cedar weatherboards (or maybe lawson's cypress depending on prices), plywood (painted white), and zincalume longrun roofing/ cladding - maybe the dimondek 300 don't you know.
